Cabo Bar Tender

At Cabo Travel Boutique, our goal is a bar that runs itself so you can enjoy your own party. Please review the following reservation policies before confirming your booking.

1. Reservation & Cancellation Policy

A confirmed reservation secures your bartender, and any bar assistants, exclusively for your date and hours, so payments are non-refundable once received. However, if a confirmed service is cancelled, the amount paid is converted into a travel credit: it never expires and is 100% transferable to another person or service. If Cabo Travel Boutique fails to provide a confirmed service, our 100% guarantee applies.

2. Changes to Your Event

Changes to the date, start time, hours or guest count may be accommodated with a minimum of 48 hours' notice, subject to availability. Your guest count determines the staffing: one bartender for up to 10 guests, and one bar assistant for every further 10. Additional guests added with less than 48 hours' notice cannot be guaranteed extra staff.

3. Hours & Minimum

Service is booked by the hour, with a 4-hour minimum. Extending the service on the night is possible when your bartender is available and is billed per additional hour at the same rate.

4. Ingredients

Alcohol, mixers, fruit and ice are not included in the hourly rate and are charged separately, confirmed with your reservation.

5. Responsible Service

Your bartender serves guests of legal drinking age only and may decline to serve a guest who appears intoxicated. The safety and comfort of your guests and our team come first.

6. Venue & Access

Please make sure your villa or rental allows outside service staff, and that someone can give your bartender access at the agreed arrival time so the bar is ready when your guests arrive.

7. Delays Beyond Our Control

While we plan every event carefully, timing may occasionally be affected by weather, road conditions, power or water interruptions at the venue, or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Our Concierge Commitment

Every reservation is personally reviewed by our concierge team to make sure your date, staffing and drinks are perfectly coordinated. If we see a way to improve your night, we will reach out before confirming.

By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Reservation Policies.

1. Reservation Confirmation

Your reservation is confirmed only after the required deposit has been successfully received and a confirmation has been issued by Cabo Travel Boutique.

2. Deposit Required

A 30% deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid before or at the beginning of the event, according to the payment method previously agreed upon.

3. Pricing

All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD). The service is $30 per hour with a 4-hour minimum, plus $25 per hour for each bar assistant a larger group requires. Ingredients are charged separately. Applicable taxes (8.9%) are itemized before payment.

4. Holiday Rate

Services dated Dec 24 – Jan 5 carry the holiday rate, +30% on the service. Ingredients are never subject to it.

5. Reservation Accuracy

Guests are responsible for providing accurate information, including the event date and start time, venue address, number of guests and hours. Incomplete information may affect the service or require adjustments.

6. Payment Methods

We accept secure online payments through Stripe and major credit cards. Credit card transactions may be subject to a processing fee when applicable.

7. Service Availability

All reservations are subject to staff availability and confirmation by our concierge team. Submitting an estimate or reservation request does not constitute a confirmed reservation until you receive your official confirmation.

8. Force Majeure

Cabo Travel Boutique shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, power or water outages, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.

9. Acceptance of Purchase Conditions

By confirming your reservation and completing the required payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Purchase Conditions as well as our Reservation Policies.
